Project

During my stay at Faberllull I will prepare a collection of contributions on how to promote a change of perspective in educational centers that, by focusing on the person who learns, will allow us to move towards an increasingly inclusive system. The contributions will be based on Decree 150/2017 of October 17th, on educational attention to students within the framework of an inclusive education system and will be aligned with the Universal Design for Learning (UDL).

Multifaceted views, inclusive views

For two days I was able to experience in an intense way how to move towards the path of inclusion. The personal reflection shared with other professionals is something that cannot be limited to a description of facts: Materialized ideas, creativity, a lot of enthusiasm and a feeling of growing and offering could sum up my stay at Faberllull.

Faberllull is much more than a space to reflect and share. It is an environment of personal and professional growth. The human quality that greets us when we arrive, feeling at home, letting go of conversations in an unparalleled natural environment and experiencing the complicity of people who love their profession are some of the immersive experiences we find in Faberllull.

For two days I share all my knowledge about inclusive education: conversations with people from the islands, from Valencia, from different backgrounds and positions. Bright multifaceted views around a more inclusive society.

The clock doesn't stop. Hours are converted to minutes and seconds. The day is reduced to moments that I wish would never end. There is no end to the dinner conversations and I look forward to the morning when I have breakfast with great people who are beginning to have a deeper meaning in my professional life.

My stay is short, but I leave with new knowledge, new hopes, new friendships and an immense desire to return.

I feel grateful and lucky.
