Sonia Estela leads collage workshops with students at Escola Municipal d’Expressió d’Olot
Illustrator Sonia Estela (Terrassa) shared her expertise on collage through several workshops with fine arts students at Escola Municipal d’Expressió d’Olot. The children, aged 6 to 11, cut out and pasted different types of card stock and paper to create their works of art.
Estela loves giving collage workshops and experimenting with this technique with children. Each creation in unique.
From 21 to 28 October, Sònia Estela will be doing a residency at Faberllull to work on her first solo project, El Bosc, a graphic novel for adults that looks at the symbolism of the forest as a circle of life and growth.
